Processing Time All orders are made to order. Current processing time is 1–2 weeks from the date your order is confirmed and deposit is received. You will be notified when your order is complete and ready to ship.

Shipping Time Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Shipping times may vary during peak seasons and holidays.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Lost or Stolen Packages Studio Emylse is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
