Refund Policy

At Studio Emylse, all items are custom and made to order with love. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Deposits All deposits are non-refundable once your order has been confirmed and work has begun. Deposits secure your spot and cover the initial cost of materials and labor.

Remaining Balances The remaining balance invoice will be sent once your item is complete. Payment is required before your order ships.

Custom & Personalized Items Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items. All sales are final once production has started.

Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to offer a replacement or store credit on a case-by-case basis.
